Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information ANYIPRO INC. collects when you request a free sample kit or otherwise interact with this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only ask for what we need to get samples into your hands:
- Details you give us — your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code submitted through the sample request form. If you reply to our confirmation email, we also collect the full shipping address you provide there.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at this site, collected automatically when you visit.
- Advertising data — if you reach this page through a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) advertisement, Meta may set cookies or similar identifiers so we can measure whether our ads are working.
How we use your information
- To confirm your request and arrange shipment of your free sample kit
- To contact you about your request — by email or phone — including delivery coordination
- To answer questions you send us
- To measure and improve our advertising and this website
- To send occasional product or company updates, only where you have not opted out
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes described above:
- Form and email providers — to receive and store your sample request and send confirmation emails
- Advertising and analytics platforms — including Meta, to measure ad performance
- Shipping and logistics partners — limited to the address details needed to deliver your samples
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to measure advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some measurement features will not.
Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform. It sets cookies that let Meta record that a visit or a sample request came from one of our ads. When you submit the sample form, we also send Meta a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of the details you entered, so the request can be matched to the ad that produced it. We never send your name, email address, phone number or address to Meta in readable form, and we do not permit Meta to use this data for anyone else's advertising.
You can opt out of having your activity used for advertising through Facebook Ad Preferences, or through the industry opt-out pages at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.com. On iPhone and iPad you can switch off app tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Email us and we will also stop the advertising tools from loading when you visit.
How long we keep it
We keep sample request records for as long as needed to fulfil the request and maintain ordinary business records, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information
- Unsubscribe from any updates — every email we send includes an unsubscribe link
- Ask us to stop contacting you by phone
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA: to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion, to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information for money. Our only advertising-related disclosure is the measurement described under "Cookies and tracking" above, and you can opt out of it using the links in that section or by emailing us.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
